PILATES

Crystal has practiced Pilates since the age of 9. Emphasis on core strength makes Pilates a perfect pairing with ballet in which form, technique and balance are paramount. First developed to promote healing and rehabilitation for injured dancers, Pilates has since been widely adopted across the world as an impactful form of exercise. Throughout the physical and mental demands of professional ballet, Crystal developed a passion for Pilates and its power to help with injury prevention and rehabilitation, and in fostering a stronger mind-body connection. To pay it forward, she now shares her passion for the medicine of movement with her clients in select New York City studios.
